There is an amazing work environment, great people to for and with. The structure of the upside down pyramid runs deep, and it makes working for this company unlike anything else.

Cons

Work life balance is a con in any retail environment. Altar’d State does their best to make work life balance as possible as it can be.

Pros

They give back to local and international charities, so it makes your work feel like a purpose, as someone that has worked in retail for a long time, I’d often drift because it was all about profit, while it’s retail it’s for a greater good. The clothes are amazing and they have so much compassion for people and their employees. Every time I talk to anyone about the company they are so impressed with their values and what they do.

Cons

Can’t think of any, retail hours can make social aspects difficult but no matter what I work I’m always happy to be there!
