      Motivating, excellent leadership, dedicated to doing the right thing, growth, faith based, constant training, flexible scheduling, a great place to work, the best in retail, amazing guest experiences, an accepting work place

      Cons

      Sometimes in order to be promoted you have to relocate, which is not possible for some people.

      Great Company to work for!

      Pros

      There were great coworkers, good training, and it always smelled wonderful. The discount was nice and my favorite part was getting to help people look for the outfit/dress they needed! The company does a lot of community service and giving to non-profits so that was always cool to see.

      Cons

      They always scheduled me during my school hours despite me continually saying I couldn't work then.

      Pros

      This company has done nothing but put people first. The CEOs and upper management are intent on making sure that employees are taken care of to the best of their availability. They take feedback seriously and work to make those improvements quickly.

      Cons

      The environment is very fast paced, so it can be difficult to keep up if you are not organized.
