Pros

The new manager and assistant managers are a dream. Love the people I work with.

Cons

DM do not care at all. Upper management does not care about you at all and only care if you make day. No one cares about your schedule. I work and go to school, but I will still be scheduled when I am at school. Will not promote anyone they only believe in bringing new people in to "teach them the Altar'd State way" and won't promote from within. Could careless about anyone who works there.

Sincere environment. Cares strongly about employees and their well being.

Cons

Receives schedule only a four to seven days out of a new week. Time management is hard due to scheduling issues.
