-they rate you based on your sales -they do not solve problems that are brought up -expensive clothes that aren't good quality -annoying music

Where do I begin?! Working for this company has done nothing but eat my soul alive! It drains you and no matter how much of yourself you give to Altar'd State it is NEVER enough!!! If you expect to have a life or a healthy mental state do not work here.

Managers were rude, had to work on holidays, bad pay for everything you had to do, clothes were too expensive to buy with paycheck even with the 20% discount.

Unfortunately, holidays are an important time of year for any retailer and having our stores staffed to provide an exceptional experience for our guests is critical. I think that you may not have understood our discount program, which is one of the most generous in retail - 40% off on regular priced apparel, shoes, accessories, layering items, and jewelry that can be worn to work. 25% off for all other regular priced items in the store, with 50% discounts on seasonal wardrobe items several times of year.
