Pros

The amount of transparency from corporate shows that all positions in the company are valued. The benefits are great and the people are better. Even if I don’t agree with a decision I respect the process and the open communication with which it is executed.

Cons

It’s retail so the schedule is inconsistent and it is difficult to balance work and home life, but this is the case for any retail job.
