      Pros

      This company, overall, is amazing. The CEO and executive team are honest, thoughtful, and just people who genuinely care about their employees. The IT teams, Visual departments, and Customer Service fields are always doing their best to stay up to date and make improvements whenever possible. The brand is still relatively new, which allows for a lot of changes and opportunities to develop yourself. It is a challenging but rewarding work environment, and our DMs do an amazing job at noticing talent and supporting career growth. This is a people-first organization that thrives in providing excellent customer service to their guest and giving back to their communities on both a local, and international scale.

      Cons

      To be transparent: my employment with this company has been a roller coaster. They have made many necessary changes to management on both a district and store level, which has helped immensely, but they still struggle with day to day communication and actively upholding their expectations and standards within the stores. You will have to work extremely hard if you are employed here, but as I said before - your hard work does not go unnoticed.

      Pros

      I've been with the Altar'd State for less than two months and they've continually gone above and beyond what I've experienced from any other brand I've worked for. Everything from the interview and training process, to working day to day with my team was made incredibly personal. These are absolutely some of the most wonderful people I've ever had the blessing to work with. Even in times of uncertainty, like we're facing now, our CEO and executive leadership team, as well as our DMs and Store Leaders have really helped to keep us CALM and CONNECTED not only as a brand but as a family. I feel so blessed to be a part of such an amazing group of people and can't wait to get back in my store!

      Cons

      Having a district so big means we don't always get to see our DMs as much we'd like.
