Mother's STAY AWAY!

Pros

The concept is good. What they are doing outside the stores with non profit Organizations is amazing. They are NOT a banner/price point company and they really want it to be about the experience which is amazing.

Cons

There is absolutely no structure! They constantly change their operations calendar which causes the managers to change their stores schedule with little to no notice. I am honestly surprised the turn over rate isn't higher. Managers work well over 50 hour a week and are still asked to come in earlier or stay later to execute last minute directives. Little to no help from DMs or VDMs even then you are begging them for help. BUT they are quick to write you up if you fall behind. Strict hiring process that makes it almost impossible to staff the stores even when candidates have already been interviewed and selected as a GREAT candidate for the position. If you are a mother or value your time with your family, stay away because you will NOT have a work life balance.

It's a total joke.

Pros

Nothing good. Literally nothing comes to mind.

Cons

Where to begin... the stores are over packed with sub par merchandise. Everything was way over priced. Everything I bought while working there has fallen apart. Expectations were way to high. Upper management has no idea what it's like to work at store level. I was forced to lie about payroll constantly. We were never given enough hours to actually run a store. Like literally impossible to run a store with what they gave you. Pay is terrible. They except all these tasks to be completed and they excpect you to work hard but they pay you next to nothing. The faith based piece is a total crock. They don't care about anyone or anything. All they care about is making money.
