Pros

There are not too many to list. I had some great co-workers and the gift and candles were nice.

Cons

Too may to list. Poor management. Unrealistic expectations. The product was cheap quality and did not hold up. They did not care that I was a student and were completely unable to work with my school schedule.

Pros

The company's theme of "stand out for good" bases itself on strong Christian values, which I too uphold. I appreciated the prayer book near the dressing rooms and would pray for customers who would write in it.

Cons

Management was not great in 2014. Hopefully it has changed. Managers were not encouraging and sales representatives were encouraged to compete to meet daily goals. No commission was given either, which I thought was odd.

Pros

Beautiful environment to work in everyday, amazing customers and great message behind the brand. 40% discount and great coworkers to make the day go faster.

Cons

Absolutely no work/life balance if you are management. You are to put in 45 hours each week but easily end up working over 50 on a salary compensation because task load is heavy along with overwhelming amount of shipment that comes everyday. Allocation is out of control and disorganized forcing merchandise to be either back stocked or shoved somewhere on sales floor. Salary is not competitive and pretty much a joke compared to the amount of work that is put in and expected.
