      Pros

      I like that everyone helps with everything. You are cross trained.

      Cons

      You aren't able to complete tasks, projects, floor sets, windows on time because you have are expected to help customers at the same time. I wish that you had time to just work on tasks so that customer service didn't suffer and vice versa. Also, for being a Christian based company. I feel we should allow employees to be off for major holidays to allow to be with family. I think we should sacrifice making a little extra money to have a better work and life balance.

      Pros

      Employees get a great 40% discount and occasionally 50%. Also, you will be surrounded by great coworkers! Great access to super cute clothes.

      Cons

      The company works you like a dog with little appreciation for the time you put in. There is not much room for advancement and also employees are CONSTANTLY scheduled outside of their availability they provide the manager.
