I can’t say enough great things about this company!!! I shook the hand of Aaron Walters yesterday afternoon and feel that I have changed my entire career here with Altar’d State. Having so many people believe in me and put their own confidence in me out there for others to see makes me incredibly greatful to have found a place in this family!! Meeting so many inspiring souls from our home office, and our district managers and of course Aaron, has instilled the beautiful dream Altar’d state strives to achieve. I feel like I can do so many amazing things within this company, and can NOT wait to see what my future entails with this PEOPLE FIRST company! Thank you for believing in me, you all are so appreciated and have changed my life. Everyone walks into our lives for a reason, and Altar’d state has been exactly what I needed! Huge thanks to my store manager, and everyone that has helped me get here ❤️

This is a great environment to be in and is filled with wonderful people. The pay is great for a part time employee and the company treats their staff very well.

Cons

Just like any customer service job, customers can be a bit rude, but it is nothing you can not handle! It can sometimes be a little disorganized with scheduling and such.
