This is such a great inspiring company to work for. The store is just beautiful, merchandise is awesome and unique plus 50% discount! And the management staff at the Chattanooga location is simply the best. I enjoy coming to work! They provide me with consistent coaching so, I can achieve the best results and create the best shopping experiences for my guests . Each shift I feel appreciated by them. My managers always thank me for my commitment and performance for our customers and the store. It ireally is a great team to be a part of! I just love coming into work and being able to make a difference each in every day for our customers and the Chattanooga community and working on the best team ever! I feel very rewarded for my hard work. Altard State is a great company that stands out for good each and every day and I am so honored to be a part of the company and part of team Chattanooga, plus that 50% discount is nice too.

Cons

Retail is not easy work, but it is really such a rewarding place to work.

Pros

Inclusive, Challenging, and very rewarding. Management does a nice job staffing so everyone at work truly wants to be there and is super inviting. There have been a lot of promotions at my location and I am constantly challenged and given more responsibilities so I know my potential will not go unnoticed. I work along side management where in previous jobs the management was kind of “un reachable” Put in the work and it will pay off. Altard State is truly a family.

Cons

The schedule fluctuates sometimes because home office adds tasks at the last minute. It’s not unbearable just a bit annoying and we always make it happen.
