The Altar'd State at Columbiana Centre has an incredible team of women who are inspiring and motivating. Working with these women has been a true blessing. What we do is far bigger than just selling clothes. It's so heartwarming to see my fellow guest leads and brand reps, as well as my managers, coming together to inspire confidence in the beautiful women who come through our doors.

Cons

There really aren't many, besides a lot of time spent up on your feet, which is expected. With the traffic in our store, I spend a lot of time running around!

-giving back to local organizations -helping children and families in Peru -creating a beautiful environment that is a place people can come to and leave happier than they were before they came to the store -a growing company that empowers their employees to grow personally and professionally -amazing benefits -selling a great product that people love -a company that really cares about its employees and does everything they can to listen to all feedback and make changes when needed -overall - a great place to work!

Cons

Retail is a challenging type of work and we work really hard at times.. but we get rewarded for the hard work..floorset are big and take a lot of work... but it is all worth it at the end when we see what we created! There are things about every job that are not perfect.. but if the good outweighs the bad.. then it works for you!
