Pros

Employees are always in the know, and managers always encourage communication.

Cons

A change in management completely messed up our schedules, and they didn't care to help us figure it out.

Pros

I really can't think of one because the company is so out of control, the discount isn't even enough to afford the clothes (which any smaller boutique has for 40$ cheaper at least)

Cons

Over worked staff, under staffed, you basically give your life away when you sign up to work for them, shipment is out the doors, not even enough room to display all the product, there is no thought process in ordering the clothing, the company is focused on money not the customers or staff

Pros

The only pro of working here is the misguided belief by others that a beautiful store equals a beautiful organization.

Cons

In my opinion, this company is operated in a manner that is the polar opposite of their marketing. Take a minute to look over the positive reviews on this site (what few there are). You'll notice that " you're expected to work hard" is a common theme. That's because it seems that the owners believe that if you aren't successful it's because you didn't work hard enough. My experience was that they are quick to assign blame rather than accept any responsibility for their own missteps or not allocating resources to achieve what are usually unrealistic goals. If the numbers don't make the CEO happy that particular day, or he's simply in a bad mood, you are out of luck. It's a roller coaster of good and bad feedback from leadership but the negative is much more frequent. 1% is not an impressive amount to "give back", but boy do they pat themselves on the back about it. Here's an idea, give 100% of your money directly to charity. It will go much farther than the 1% Altar'd State writes off each year.
