I have been working at the Altar’d State home office for over 3 years. After leaving my family and friends to peruse a career in Knoxville, I was warmly welcomed into the Altar’d State Family. I have gained many lasting friendships and am blessed with an abundance of friendly co-workers. My experiences overall have been very pleasant. I have worked in a variety of areas within the company which has allowed me to gain an abundance of knowledge about the retail world and about Altar’d State. I enjoy coming to work every day because I work on a variety of tasks and projects that always keep me on my toes. Altar’d State is a great place to work because they truly want wants best for you. While they do push you to work hard and have high expectations, it is a great learning experience. You find out who you are as a person and where you fit into the career scene. I have been given many opportunities throughout my journey that I would never have gotten elsewhere. This includes traveling to new places, working on important projects, and being presented with a child sponsorship through Coprodeli in Canete, Peru. What a blessing this company has been to me!
