      Pros

      Christian values, beautiful décor, wonderful people at the store level! The help desk team is one of the nicest and most thorough of any company!

      Cons

      Absolutely no work/life balance! Expectations are higher than any other company for which I've worked, but the pay is one of the lowest compensations that I've ever received! Training is horrible, communication with DM is horrid, the HR department is horrendous! Run for the hills before working here! I'd look for a new job, but I haven't had any time until now! The merchandise is usually sub-par compared to the price charged to the customer!

      The values of the company were great, the philanthropy was awesome to be a part of, and the product was my style. Willing to change and adapt.

      Amazing people to work with, Great store management, Great employee discount, Good message the store is trying to send with Mission Mondays, etc.

      Cons

      No hours or too many hours, Bad upper management, Not much communication on what an employee can do to improve/no recognition from upper management on hitting goals/going above and beyond consistently, Overpriced clothing, Horrible pay
