      The charity work altar'd state is involved with is exceptional. And the vibe of the store makes it an aesthetically pleasing place to work/shop

      The management was absolutely terrible!! I worked two jobs at the time and had told them that when they interviewed me. I had monday-wednesday blocked off for my other job and every week they would schedule me on Mondays and Wednesday's and never on Fridays and Saturdays. The days that I could work. The manager was very unprofessional and sent an associate to the other store that I work at, to try to make me come into work on a Monday. I had try to get my shift covered and the girl that agreed to cover my shift didn't go. I quit the day after that. Nice store to shop at, terrible to work at.

      Pros

      -Great discounts for employees -Customers were nice to work with -the visuals were really pretty -Coworkers were mostly pleasant -

      Cons

      -Not flexible with schedules -Terrible upper management -the company has shifted to focus less on giving back and carrying quality products to making more money and only selling their own brand that is terribly overpriced. -there is almost no training for managers except basic procedures so there is no growth or development of any team members. -it is extremely difficult to find things for customers when there is no organization in the store. -we were hit hard by shoplifters since nothing in the store has a sensor on it but we carried products that reached up to $300.
