Pros

Great idea behind the brand, they really want to help charities and are faith based.

Cons

Horrible horrible management. If you want to work between 50-60 hours, constantly be told you aren't doing enough, and verbally harassed by upper management then this is the job for you.

Pros

Giving back to local organizations, helping clientele in a more one on one setting, cute clothes, decent employee discount, fun clientele.

Cons

At first I loved this company. I thought I found my forever home in retail that I could grow in. I loved everything we stood for and all the charities we got to help .... but quickly I realized this company cares more about everyone else other than they’re employees. If you’re a store manager it’s great, you get taken on trips and gifts and literally get told your ASM’s should do everything for you. As an ASM you have 0 work life balance. You’re expected to take on you’re job plus the store managers; as they are never really there. They only take credit for the good things on store visits but pass the blame to the ASM’s for anything that goes wrong. The pay is terrible, it isn’t even close to what most retailers are and probably isn’t even minimum wage once you work you 45-50 hour weeks. There’s no comfort in going to DM’s over in-store issues because they will send it straight to the problem instead of ever taking your side or hearing you out. As far as getting promoted.... FORGET IT. They will have you running a high volume store for your missing SM weeks on end but say you can’t take a location you deserve because you have to start out at “low volume”... then why are we running this innovation store right now without our “leader”. Long story short, if you want to feel valued, grow, or have any kind of life—don’t come here.

Pros

Employee are wonderful and always willing to help.

Cons

Low pay for starting employee, I heard due to giving back to the community. After working for about a month I realized this is for a workaholic. No work life balance. Very sad to hear about all the complications after a tornado hit the store. Opening the store with one keyholder working open to closes. No visits from upper management after tornado hit.

Thank you for your note and I hope this email finds you safe and well. As a Company, we are constantly partnering with our District Leaders and Store Managers to provide assistance to both individuals and communities in need. Out outreach not only begins locally, but extends globally. During the tornado, the Company worked closely with the Management team to determine how best to support our associates. I am sorry that the team's efforts were not shared with you. Thanks for your review and we wish you much success in the future!
