      Good idea for a store, Get to meet a lot of nice customers, Overall peaceful environment

      Cons

      As a keyholder AND Full time college student the management could care less about helping me when it came to my schedule. No one was able to cover my shifts so I had to show up even if I was sick, had a test the next day or a doctors appointment. It made my life stressful. Favoritism is huge and it made it hard to manage.

      Give back company. Percentages of sales go to many charitable organizations.

      Cons

      no respect for management. high management turnover. Underpaid Labor. Terrible scheduling. In my case district manager that had never seen me work ever would make calls to SM to threaten or discipline me. All while SM was completely confused due to I being one of the hardest workers in the building. Caused a lot of discomfort. One by one entire management team left. SM only remains with new hires.

      My team and the employee discount. Having freedom with visuals and being able to make your store your own to an extent

      I'm going to spare you all the details. If you look at the reviews from previous managers that were smart enough to get out all the negative things they say are true. It's horrible. We recently had a meeting in Tennessee and the company slammed current employees for not defending the company against all the negative reviews. So the last three or four decent reviews are from the current employees crazy enough to listen. They are fabricated out of fear of the higher ranking officals. My advice to anyone considering working for this company is simply don't. It's not worth it I promise.
