      The passion and drive behind this companies give back brand is unlike any other. They don't just say they have a mission to stand out they stand out in their local communities and across the world.

      Cons

      If you're not a creative driven person this may not be the best fit for you. If you do not have a core faith based heart and a passion for people, again this may not be the best fit for you.thats what Altard State it's all a about.

      Pros

      Mission driven company that gives back locally and globally. An environment where employees are proud to work and guests love to shop! Amazing people and product. With a smaller company like this your voice and opinions go a long way! Room for growth and promotion, great discount as well. Employees paid for up to 4 volunteer hours a month.

      Cons

      Smaller company so with that comes growing pains. Must be flexible and solution oriented and truly own your business. Some employees struggle with the amount of creativity we are allotted. Employees with employment backrounds that were very black and white sometimes struggle with the gray areas at Altar'd State
