      Pros

      I've been working for this company for almost two years. I absolutely love what this coming stands for and is doing. Yes, its hard work and dedication but isn't everything thats rewarding and great. I know everyone has there opinions and different experiences but I really get frustrated at some of the reviews that are just nasty. For instance, one of the store managers that did several nasty reviews even months after she left the company wasn't even a "Mediocre" store manager. She left her store in a complete wreck on purpose. Im just saying that while everyone has there opinions about Altar'd State, my experience has been very rewarding. I just wouldn't believe all of them because they could be....well.....from a bitter former store manager!

      Cons

      I would say that no company, CEO, or human for that matter is perfect. We all make mistakes. This is how we grow.....this is how Altardstate grows!

      Pros

      Lovely clothing, awesome discount, and lots of fun at times. Met a lot of humbling nice people. Made some good memories

      Cons

      Horrible pay Unappreciated I do way too much for minimum wage. Markdowns, floor sets, and visuals are after hours so you're spent working till 2 in the morning if you don't finish on time. Managers are very unprofessional, immature, and unfair. Favoritism is trending in this company and the home office is very unrealistic about what they want.
