You will work many long hours and there is high expectations in your everyday work load.

Great giveback program, incentives are amazing, more respect from guest than other retailers, cooperate team is outstanding, ever growing company.

Cons

The workload can be burdensome, be too picky about hiring management/slow to hire management, hours can be lengthy, work life balance still remains an issue
