-can move up in the company fast -can bring your dog to work -management is great and flexible -message of the company is awesome, we do tons of philanthropy and service and they give employees opportunities to get involved in the community

Cons

-scheduling gets a little hectic around holiday seasons, but what retail job doesn't have that issue?

Pros

If your under the right District Manager then your life can and will be absolutely great. You work very hard however, it is so worth it. Your payback is bigger then what you could ever accomplish. This company truly invest in their people. Sometimes the wrong people. The company is steady growing and making great strides.

Cons

The long hours. The horrible choices they make in hiring or promoting certain DMs and they not representing the company in a positive light.

Pros

Best company for fast growth and investment in their people. The culture in the company is one that many speak of, but not many embody. I feel the inspiration, the positivity, and spirit of the company every day that I come to work. I am supported with the freedom to run the business as my own and make business decisions that are best for my location. I have been given many opportunities to grow with the company quickly, as well as been supported in my personal life as well. This company has truly changed my life.

Cons

The company is not black and white in policies or thought processes so it is not always transferrable to every type of manager out there. But if you're open and adaptable to change and thinking outside of the box, you will go far with Altar'd State.
