Pros

Great concept, great product gives back to community

Cons

Does not promote from within. I have worked full-time hours at a part-time status covering for people that would not stay. I have given this company my all and they have treated me horribly. I have learned the process from beginning to end, yet when the opportunity came that I could be promoted they hired someone from the outside that had to be trained on what I knew.

Pros

The atmosphere is unlike anywhere I've worked. The company puts a lot of time and effort into the look and feel of the place.

Cons

Because it's a fairly new company, there isn't enough support from home office. They expect a lot from their stores, but don't have much to offer in terms of leadership and reasonable expectations. They demand a lot, and hours are much longer than 40 hours a week if you want to meet their demands. I was averaging 65-70 hour weeks.

This place is a joke. They treat people terrible. Work hours are unreasonable. The Area Directors are out of touch with reality
