I got help out some very nice customers. Good discount for first 2 weeks as it is 50% off to be able to build a wardrobe.

Cons

Store Leader was rude to the point that when she came in she didn’t even say hello to any member of staff. There is zero work/life balance as it is expected for you to live and breath Altar’d State. Although management asks for no drama they are the ones starting it. Favorites can do anything they want but be careful if your not one because you will get yelled at for no reason.

Great Products, attracts good customers

Cons

Employees are catty to each other, Managers even talk bad about employees to other employees. No breaks if you work under 5 hours. Organization in the back room was bad, definitely a fire hazard.

This company really wants to help people grow professionally. Almost all promotion and upper management hiring are done internally which is awesome! A growing company with a ton of opportunity. My favorite place I have ever worked for hands down!

Cons

Work-life balance can be hard sometimes but this is true of any retail company
