I loved working in the environment and engaging with both customers and product. Was a lot of fun.

Cons

However, the management is what drove me away. They promise you hours and stop scheduling you when they get new hires who work for cheaper, revolving door. What disgusted me though, was that the managers told us the 'giving back' opportunity was not real, at least for our location. They didn't have a charity to give their portion that was supposed to be for donations to, and managers had no idea if we would ever have one.
