They have a strong company culture

Cons

They paint an amazing picture, spend a whole lot of money and when stores don’t meet their sales goals they do mass layoffs in their corporate office to make up for all of the money they spend and didn’t make up.

They made company wide pay cuts while I was working here, I went from making 16/hr to 13. Ridiculous. They expect way too much out of their employees. You are required to greet every person that comes the store in like it is a tiny boutique, and it can be extremely difficult when the store is busy. There is a whole script of things you are required to say. They yell at you if you miss somebody coming in. You are required to basically harass the customers throughout their entire visit and if you don’t, you get in trouble. Way too much to be making $13 an hour.
