The people! I have met such amazing, inspiring, and nice people working for this company, and a big perk is that we are all working toward the same goal of helping impact others in our communities and around the world. The company really is trying to make a difference. And the selection of merchandise is amazing.

Cons

Sometimes the hours can be a bit rough, but it is retail-it's the nature of the beast! We all sign up for it. And the company executives really do listen to feedback and make changes when necessary, which is different than any other company I've ever worked for. We are a growing company and sometimes still experience growing pains.
