You have no work life balance. You also are expected to give everything to this "Christian" company. You work 60+ hours. When I worked there, the stores were closed on Sundays. At company meetings, we were told repeatedly how the stores would "Never be open on Sunday's, no bones about it!". Now- they stores are open on Sundays "to meet the customers needs". The CEO using ultimatums to manage. He is a bully, not only to his home office team, but to all store employees. This company not only asks you to give up your time, but also your own ideas and opinions.

The Christianity the company is "supposedly" based on is only a facade designed to draw in a faith based consumer. Behind the scenes the management and those with higher positions than the sales associates are malicious, harsh, and biased. A once peaceful and beautiful work environment quickly turned into a very negative experience once egos got involved. The amount of times I heard the manager of my store say not only hateful and disgusting things about the employees but the customers as well is overwhelmingly high. The company has a beautiful message and mission but the negativity displayed by the employees has changed my perspective on this business.
