I truly loved the people I worked with, until upper management bulldozed in and changed almost all of the rules. The customer service was great and we were a family.

1.Corporate and the owners LISTEN to you! They change things based on what your opinion is. 2.Growth is not just an option, it's almost a requirement as everyone pushes you to be better! 3.Give back company. AS gives 10% on Monday's to a local charity that YOU get to choose and 1% to other countries in need. What kind of company tries to make the World a better place? 4.It's family owned. This means WE are the family. When you have an executive visit, it's all hugs not hand shakes. If you are going through something hard at home, prayer is everywhere for you! All the way up to the owners. Everyone lifts you up! 5.You are encouraged to be better not through discipline but through influence. We are taught a different way to lead. Coaching. Everyone coaches behavior not write ups. Encouraging others not breaking them down. 6.We are a safe place to love Jesus. We praise God and lift up our guests when they need it, lift up our teams through prayer daily and lift up one another always. 7.We all have the same goal, to serve others and bring glory to God. This company is the real deal! I've work for speciality retail, big bix retail and I've ran my own business. I speak from experience when I say that I've never felt more love, encouragement and desire to grow with any other company. Nothing makes the person above you happier than to see you grow to the next level! I should know, I've been promoted in my first year and I'm very close to my next promotion this year! I think it's amazing and rare that a company like this exists. If you have the opportunity to work with us, TAKE IT! You won't regret it...Life changing.
