Clothes, co-workers, the beautiful atmosphere!

Cons

Absolutely no work-life balance, upper management so unsupportive and lacks trust in their managers, they play favorites, if your store is doing great your amazing, if it has a bad month or months you are a piece of crap, they don’t come in and see maybe why, where can we help? Or, how can we help? Just the hypocrisy alone with the religion is a joke. Never mix religion with business!

Great place to work if it were not for the insane expectations and decisions made by corporate

-Great team -Great discount -flexible hours and plenty of opportunity to pick up hours

Cons

-cut pay for all employees in the beginning of 2024 -insane expectations for employees that re difficult to meet -little to no diversity among the team -physically taxing

Discounts on overpriced clothes I guess

Cons

All store associates just reduced a MAJOR cut in pay. I don’t mean lowering rates for new hires. I mean we got a call that our pay was decreasing by 13-20%. People development don’t even try to income on here and comment that I can reach out to you.
