      honestly its horrible, every single team member has left and nobody stays to a year once they are in it and see whats going on. Higher management has multiple lawsuits for working conditions and they trick everyone into giving a good review to earn best place to work because if its a bad review they will take it out on your manager. Dont tell me to reach out to headquarters or HR because we were ignored after multiple cries for help. Higher up the chain refused to hire someone because they were non-binary when the person was more qualified than current team members. GROSS.

      HOME OFFICE IS TERRIBLE

      Pros

      You see these reviews, and most are from stores. You think maybe the home office is different! Yeah, that's what we all think. They sell you on this wonderful working environment, but the truth is quite the opposite. The only thing good about this job is the friends you make while you go through this trauma together.

      Cons

      You will be yelled at by the CEO on a regular basis. You will receive no support from your leadership, and in fact, be thrown under the bus by them many times. The toxic environment is overwhelming, and you will want to leave as soon as possible.

      Still have nightmares

      Nothing but theres a five word minimum sooooo

      I haven't worked here in 3 years and I still have nightmares about it. Every single day I would want to throw up from anxiety, this place is the definition of toxic. It will turn your friends into enemies and everyone above you watching eats it all up. Being employed here is like being in an abusive relationship, you're scared to say anything. Scared to leave. Made to feel guilty if you don't drop everything in an instant for the good of the store. Also S/O to the CEO aaron walters (love that 54 percent approval rating) for leaving paper cups of chewed Tabacco and spit on the back counters of his pristine store, on more than one occasion. Seriously so pathetic. Way to stand out for good <3
