Pros

High paying for a store position Depending on your store there are some amazing people on the teams Great discount

Cons

-Toxic leadership(district level) -Awful communication -Lack of care from corporate -My DL would talk about growth and set a finish line and constantly move it -Rarely got breaks and my time was constantly changed so I had 0 work life balance -When I left my off boarding process was mishandled I was approved time off and once I had worked my last scheduled in-store shift the time was removed after being approved prior -I am not Christian and my religion was disregarded I was denied days off for religious purposes and on other occasions I felt exploited and made to feel shameful for being anything other then what the company stood for

Don’t risk your mental health

Pros

Maybe the discount if they wouldn’t have taken the dress code away

Cons

If you like to be gas lit, and love to be mentally and emotionally abused or even work in constant fear then this is the place for you! No matter how many hours you work, you’ll always be expected to give more even when your tank is on empty. No support from leaders, constant gossiping and pitting employees against each other. Lack of development from all areas. Do more with less is the motto. Save your character and look for a job that doesn’t ask you to sacrifice your own morales and values for the greater good of the American dollar.

Pros

Great clothes, creative freedom and constantly challenging.

Cons

Still privately owned FOR A REASON! Unrealistic timeframes given for massive projects. Example: tear down, build, paint, hang and completely reinstall a new window in 30 hours but the project realistically took 40 hours to accomplish.
