Pros

The company has competitive pay. Many opportunities exist since they have a high turnover

Cons

1 - Management by intimidation. 2 - Do not appreciate associates. 3 - Do not train new associates in leadership positions but then hold them to expectations that were not set. 4 - Secret shoppers used to intimate store members. 5 - District management does not know the job but dictates policy. They also attempt to control and intimidate, and feel that it’s within their right since associates are being paid well. 6 - Company does not practice Christian values. They only use Christianity as a marketing tool to sell their merchandise. 7 - Complaints to upper management are ignored, even when the complaint could result in harm to associates.

Pros

Absolutely none, zip, nada, zilch.

Cons

How long do you have? This company is an absolute NIGHTMARE. They are a cult. Upper management treats employees like garbage and I can promise you they do not care about their employees. They will fire you for scored secret shops which happen 2x a month or even for having “dirty” bathrooms. Management will come to work and degrade your appearance daily and beat you down verbally. This job is a waste of time and a burden on your mental well being. They pay extremely well but believe me when I say it is NOT worth it. At all. Especially considering when you are training, your trainers will tell you that you need to go to work every day thinking that it could be the day you get fired.

Pros

Great pay. And wonderful team members

Cons

Where do I start will write people up if there is a failed mystery shop, Will also terminate people if they miss punches to clock in or clock out. Upper management does not care about work life balance.
