Pros

Nice fellow employees (associates, keholders, manager for the most part).

Cons

Home office is extremely rude coming into stores and demanding. They want to be a boutique while also being a high volume chain store. It just doesn't work. Tight with money, was promised a raise but never got it. They always boast making so much money but never give their store employees anything claiming they are tight on money. It makes no sense. Then turn around and take the WHOLE home office on trips to London, New York, etc?? NOT a good place to work a all. I was constantly stressed out and I wasn't even a full time employee.

Pros

-Friendly customers -Positive employees WITHIN the store -Trendy clothes with decent discount 40% off

Cons

-No personal and work life divison (full time employees make this company their life, forget about friends/family) -Lack of encouragement/positivity from people within the company (upper management, other stores, corporate, etc.) -No/poor communication from upper management -Pay is low and not much room for growth for young employees

Pros

-Great discounts for employees -Customers were nice to work with -the visuals were really pretty -Coworkers were mostly pleasant -

Cons

-Not flexible with schedules -Terrible upper management -the company has shifted to focus less on giving back and carrying quality products to making more money and only selling their own brand that is terribly overpriced. -there is almost no training for managers except basic procedures so there is no growth or development of any team members. -it is extremely difficult to find things for customers when there is no organization in the store. -we were hit hard by shoplifters since nothing in the store has a sensor on it but we carried products that reached up to $300.
