Pros

Working here will help you determine what a "faith-based" should not look like. It will look good on your resume and since the turn-over rate is so high, you could be promoted in just a few months.

Cons

You will spend all of your time at the location you are hired at, especially if you are in upper management. There is no compensation for your hard work, if you are salary you end up getting paid less than the sales associates.

Pros

The 40-50% discount was great!! The people I worked with were all great people too!

Cons

This company is such a disappointment. It claims to be a christian business, but everything they do seems to contradict that. The CEO is absolutely terrible!! I do believe that he could be a good person, he just never showed it. He has no idea how to treat people which is such a shame. All he does is work everyone to death, bring everyone down (by even making many of the employees break into tears at times),and set unrealistic goals/expectations. For someone running a Christian company, I don't think this is an appropriate way to act. Employees shouldn't be scared of losing their jobs!! He just doesn't really seem to care much about anyone or their feelings. The company also is said to be "closed on Sundays for rest"……yeah no, employees are still working floor sets all day long!! They pay is absolutely terrible also. After 2 years everyone I worked with, including me ended up leaving! This company could have so much going for them, but instead of fixing the issues that need the attention, they are too worried about growth. It's really just sad.
