Pros

Some really good coworkers Discount

Cons

Way to many to fit . The CEO every Friday will tell you how to be a better wife and mother . Literally and I quote “ if you don’t greet your husband at the door does that make you a piece of $hit? Yes “ I wish I had recorded the insane things this man would say . “ I know black people better than black people “ “ Hard to be a better wife when you’re asked to work 50-60 hours a week . Which you will . Whether it’s 12 hour days or 6 days a week . 0 work life balance . That job stressed me out so much I’d throw up before work . Literally would cry leaving work . I promise you the money is not worth the toll it’ll take on your mental health . There’s a reason they move so fast with people .

Pros

Believe all of these reviews!

Cons

If you thrive in an environment fueled by burnout and blame, this company may be for you. There is no clear vision, just constant chaos they call “pivoting.” Every decision feels reactive, and the lack of planning from executive leadership is obvious and exhausting. They’ll tell you roles have clearly defined DORs, but the truth is everyone is responsible for everything—especially when things go wrong. There's no autonomy, and micromanagement is extreme. You’re expected to follow orders without question, even when they don’t make sense for your team or your business. Their turnover is the worst I’ve seen in retail. Store leaders/assistants are worked into the ground (50+ hours a week is expected), and there’s no relief or appreciation. You’re constantly under pressure, and the workload is unsustainable. Most stores can’t retain leadership for more than a few months. There’s no real path for career growth. Training and development take a back seat to compliance. PTO is nearly impossible to use, and you’re lucky if you get two full days off a month without being pulled onto another conference call from home. The number of pointless conference calls is absurd—it’s clear the company doesn’t plan ahead. Decisions feel like they are made last minute, with poor communication and lots of scrambling. Stores are left to clean up the mess created from the top. Don’t expect visits from senior leadership to be helpful. Surprise pop-ins from VPs or even the CEO are common, and they always create more stress than support. When they show up, good luck. Believe all these reviews.

Pros

50 % off employee discount but even then the clothes are normally really cheap quality you could get the same thing on shein. Manager pay is decent brand rep pay is awful though.

Cons

no training whatsoever, the vps and higher ups are never on the same page. I have never been so disrespected by a store leader that was promoted with zero qualifications, NO DEGREE or leader experience before. Promises are rarely kept. You must get everything in writing if you want them to actually do something about it. This company does not care about the employees. Makes you do so much but doesn't give you what you need to do well but then it's your fault when it fails. Don't have much of a life outside work because the hours are insane. You get one weekend off a month yet I have yet to get a full weekend off. I have to fight to actually get my benefits and when I do i get told well the company says we will be busy starting that week.
