Poor communication with upper management Working overtime Pressured to not take breaks Little to no training Expected to do 200+ orders like an Amazon warehouse, greet guests, and sell to them all at once. Severely understaffed for guest to brand rep ratio Secret shoppers that gave you “scores” and if you don’t score well, your job is on the line.

The only good thing was the store coworkers but they were constantly leaving.

Cons

The mean girl culture from district leaders and vice presidents, the unbelievably unprofessional CEO, and the unrealistic expectations led to the highest turnover I’ve ever seen in a retailer. There was never a single day that I was proud to say I was proud to work for this company.

Cons

White workers are allowed to mistreat and harass the minority workers with no intervention from management. Horrible pay. The higher ups play favorites. And the worst attitudes you've ever seen at a professional setting.
