So overworked and harshly rebuked if you take time for yourself. Great pto policy but treated like you don’t care about the company if you use it

Nice products to work with, nice looking stores

Cons

Terrible store leaders and upper management. Monthly secret shops, constant turnover, pay decreases when the company wants. CEO is garbage. Will say things on calls that he knows are insanely offensive then doubles down with Instagram related content that is sent to every store. The only positive thing about this jobs was freedom in seeting product, and dressing mantis, though usually not without very heavy critique and policing.
