Pros

at this point do not have any.

Cons

this company has no structure. they push so much product to the point where it is unstoppable. Only stayed as long as i did due the GM but once she was let go it was time for me to leave. Our district management is extremely unprofessional. Would have degrading out in the open conversation of “leader building” but would be disrespecting management. Our district managers just weren’t nice people and never had anything nice to say to us and played favorites. also to top it all off due to “inflation” they did pay cuts.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. The challenging circumstances of our current economy was the contributing factor to making the decision to make adjustments in pay. We believe this was the most responsible path in comparison to eliminating jobs entirely. We will share your feedback with our leadership team and we appreciate your feedback.

Pros

Pay was the only pro.

Cons

This company has treated their employees so poorly over the past few years, with unrealistically high expectations combined with a somewhat reasonable salary. After announcing they are severely docking each employees pay, there is quite literally no reason to be employed here, especially when employees are being told expectations will remain just as high. A standard Brand Rep is going from $16/hour to $13.50/hour, with new hires experiencing a pay of just $12.50/hour. For a truly toxic company that only had pay to use as a bargaining chip, they will rightfully suffer from a lack of employees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts as well as your concerns. We understand how our recent decision to implement pay adjustments may have affected you and all of our associates. This was not an easy decision, but a decision we strongly believe was most reasonable in lieu of eliminating positions entirely. We will continue to place an emphasis on career development as well as advancement opportunities for our current associates.
