-Generous employee discount -Generous pay -Beautiful place to work

Cons

-Management will rarely let you have a day off unless it works for them. Say goodbye to work life balance. -Management speaks poorly about others behind their employee's backs. -If you are not finished with a project by the deadline, management encourages you to "fake it" in the pictures you send to upper management to make it appear as if your project is complete. -CEO is rather stern and quite frankly rude to the employees that make him his money. -Always understaffed and overworks current employees to the bone -Does not listen to the concerns of current employees, they are quickly overlooked and rarely investigated
