We are thrilled to offer our talented associates some of the best compensation in the industry, including starting hourly pay of $15 for part-time Brand Reps, $18 for part-time Guest Leads, $28 for full-time Assistant Store Leaders and $80,000 annually for our Altar'd State Store Leaders. As we've grown over the past several years, we've constantly invested in our people to help them thrive and to build a truly great place to work. In addition to the increased compensation listed above, this commitment has also led us to provide our associates with a Quarterly Bonus program, 14-Weeks of Paid Maternity Leave, $0 healthcare premiums for individual coverage, monthly paid time off to volunteer and 4-week paid sabbaticals for our full-time associates for every five years of working with us. Lastly, many of these programs have been provided as a direct response to feedback we've received from our associates. Through surveys, company-wide calls, and other methods, we ask for feedback regularly about what's working well and where we can improve.
