Exhausting and toxic management culture

Coworkers at the store level were often supportive and doing their best

Cons

Any positive reviews are either fake or incentive based..... Extremely high pressure with unrealistic sales expectations Management culture is toxic and rooted in micromanagement Work-life balance is almost nonexistent, especially for leadership Long hours with little appreciation or support Emotional labor is expected but never acknowledged Constant guilt-tripping around availability, sales performance, and “commitment” Poor communication from upper management and constant last-minute changes Burnout is common and turnover is high for a reason

• no work life balance - upper management expects you to work 50+ week • CEO is awful - he is sexist, racist, all of the above • major pay cuts across the board after only increasing pay for 2 years then took it away • cult vibes across the board • VPs are awful and are disrespectful to employees
