Pros

Loved my direct boss and small team

Cons

It's really unsettling the significant discrepancy between what is promoted to the customer regarding company values, and what the people in power actually stand for. It's so far past dishonest and the horrendous treatment of employees would shock the public if they knew.

Pros

50% off discount 401K Off Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Cons

Over worked- long hours While they try to get with decent pay the juice isn’t worth the squeeze Turn overrate is too high. New management is very dictator vibes Written up for bad mystery shops that happen 1-2 times a month but the surveys emailed out to customers is not taken into consideration for the “promoters”

Pros

Loved the discount and made amazing friends. Well, we more just trauma bonded due to stress.

Cons

As a guest lead I was left out to dry more times than I could count. I was blamed for countless situations where upper management could have and should have stepped in, but no one ever did. I would often ask for help with no urgency or response which caused significant stress. For example there was a night where our $10 million store plus our Arula store went completely offline for 3 hours meaning no transactions could be done. I was not the only manager in the building but nobody came to help me manage the situation. I couldn’t even call help desk because I was constantly having to speak to angry guests both in person and on the phone. Also, management constantly talks behind each others back and it’s unprofessional. They also speak about associates without realizing the associate is with earshot and can hear every nasty word. There’s zero work life balance. I felt looked down on because I drew a boundary regarding my availability as a manager. The expectations were just beyond unrealistic.
