I got a lot of opportunities to learn so much about being a good leader for my team. The group of people at my store were so amazing and they deserve only the best opportunity’s!

Cons

It’s run by people who don’t actually know what their business goals are and how to accomplish them. The people at home office are out of touch with reality.

Heartbreaking experience at this company

Pros

Guests-our customers are the most incredible people, and I have walked away with lifelong friendships Co workers-the relationships I built at Altar’d State will be with me forever, and I am so lucky!

Cons

No work life balance-scheduling part time seasonal employees 40 hour weeks, and blaming them once they speak up. Extremely Low Pay-the going rate of. guest lead is $17 an hour, a harsh fall from the past $21 we used to be given. No understanding from Management-nothing could ever be her fault, both from my store leader and district leader. Poor girls who had no experience or knowledge were thrown under the bus consistently. Unrealistic expectations-200 orders per day, containing 6 items each were expected to be finished by a team of two EOD. Horrible Communication from CEO Unprofessional Management Nepotism in promotions Extreme Bias from District Leaders

Only pro is you will make a good salary but that comes with a horrible cost

Cons

Work 50+ hours a week and be told that’s not enough, cannot use PTO without a guilt trip, you’re not given the tools you need to adequately run a store.
