Decent wage with no exp required. Decent benefits for manual labor. As long as you are punctual and vaguely responsible you have job security.
Cons
Unsafe environment, with no true care for employee health. 1-4 people die of various causes on campus every year. Management is toxic at worst, and inneffective at best. Altec is focused on corporate politics over quality products and organizational health. Duct taping essentials, ignoring employee growth and development. Supervisors have assualted employees in past years.
