      Pros

      Compensation is fair for duties performed. Insurance and other benefits are good. Nice work schedule and most supervisors willing to work with you.

      Cons

      Vacation is not adequate and accumulates slow. Can go from having to find something to stay busy to completely overwhelmed. Expected to perform many duties and others think you should drop one thing for another when all must be complete.

      Most of the time engineering is under staffed and under trained. Have to fight for pay raises.
