      Pros

      Employees you work with and new technology available. Steady work but very unrealistic time lines. Will always blame associates instead of saying I don't know what I'm doing

      Cons

      GM,HR, and supervisors lie on regular bases to other facilities as well as employees. Run plant like a communist country. Lee needs to really evaluate all General managers and hr. Very poor communication skills and act on personal feelings and beliefs
