      Great learning experience, but important decisions are made few and far between

      Pros

      It was an excellent manufacturing experience, and a great way to learn about manufacturing without prior experience. The people that I worked with were good, fun people.

      Cons

      Most engineers (not design engineers) will work Saturdays and usually work 10 hours daily. The management is inclusive, but stagnant. They are hesitant to take risks.

      quality workers both in office and in factory good workplace culture and environment benefits job security strong leadership management with concrete values

      Cons

      hardly any in terms of work conditions, type of work, and attitude, my only gripes are: small town locales mediocre compensation

      ok pay and ok benifits.

      Cons

      supervisors do not no what they are doing.employees are treated good if u are liked. and not so good if they dont care for u. dosnt matter if u are a good tech or not. favortism is shown alot. they dont have things planned out when it comes to jobs. and its more like 20 jobs instead of just being a tech.
