Company is a sinking ship

Pros

Great Product that customers love (although competitors are making the product obsolete)

Cons

- No Culture (at all) - High turn over in every department (especially sales) - New executive leadership is ruining everything that was great about this company in the past - Poor onboarding/training experience

I agree with you that we have great products and solutions with a high degree of customer evangelism (especially prominent in our Alteryx Community!) and we're continuing to innovate in ways that will enhance the value that our customers and their companies realize when using Alteryx to build and scale their own organizations. Our culture was set in place 23 years ago at our founding and our core values - Customer First, Accountability, Equality, Integrity, and Empowerment - continue to guide us today. Going forward we'll continue to focus on how we activate our core values in our culture through everything from giving and receiving feedback to how we share our values-based culture in the interview process. As we scale the company and set ourselves up for the next leg of the journey, feedback will continue to be a key element of how we attract, engage and develop our associates. Thank you for your input on your time with us in our A/P department - although I haven't spent time in our offices due to COVID-19, I've heard that our teams enjoyed coming together over shared meals and experiences, and I know we are looking forward to resuming that element of our culture once we're able to do so. And I believe that our new virtual-friendly approach to work that empowers associates to work their manager to determine how, when and where best to work for them (home, office, hybrid, etc.) will go a way to help further our commitment to work-life integration. Very interesting product with very passionate customers

Cons

Lots of turnover at executive and individual contributor level. The company is having a hard time focusing on strategy and there are a lot of firedrills.
