      Excellent benefits - including private healthcare, dental, fertility cover People - Alteryx hire well

      Cons

      There has been a lot of change in the last few years, which has resulted in a lot of movement of people but things have stabilised now.

      The Alteryx Dubai office is rocking!

      Pros

      Alteryx is an all round great company to work for. In particular the Middle East business is booming and the Dubai office has a strong sense of team spirit and culture. This is a key selling point, as many people are surprised as to the size of the Dubai office and the number of sales people that we have. Prospective candidates value 'people' over 'product' and the strength of the existing employees, is often the draw for new people to join. Plus the leadership style of Karl Crowther, helps to set the tone. Everyone is driven and focused yet has a great sense of fun and camaraderie too.

      Cons

      Alteryx Middle East is a sales driven business. For certain people that dont have the same work pace and style, this is not the right place to be.
